Here at Inspira Build we offer 3 different styles of Class 1 liveable sheds giving the client more options to suit their budget.

We love to work with clients who are wanting to become owner builders looking for a KIT (Supply Only) or getting Inspira Build team to supply and install building to lock up doing all the headache paperwork obtaining a building permit and letting the client finish of the build giving them the option to save money.

Please note we don’t do full builds, we are here to help the client that wants to be part of their project.

Custom liveable Sheds

Class 1 these sheds are designed from C-Channel material much the same as a normal residential shed you see across the market but engineered as a Class 1 building letting you the owner either build yourself or get the Inspira build team to do the work for you. This gives the option to fully fit out as Class1 and or have part of the building as Class 10 ( Normal storage) so you get the best of both worlds.

As they are engineered as Class 1 they still need to meet the requirements of the Building Codes of Australia throughout the full build process so no different to any other Class 1 building requirements.
